1. Quality issues. If the shoes are damaged during transportation, please take a picture and send the picture to our customer service staff, we will take full responsibility for the quality problem. We do not accept items that with any quality problem which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.
2. Ordinary shoe box is damaged, we do not provide any compensation. If you find that your special shoe box is damaged when you receive the package (the shoe box purchased at a premium), please contact our customer service staff as soon as possible and send a photo of the damaged shoe box. We can resend a new shoe box to you or give you a coupon of the same value for your next purchase.
3. If your package is intercepted by the customs, we will send a new package to you again. (But we will only resend it once)
4. We do not accept the return of any items used, damaged, engraved or altered by a third party.
#We do our best to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you want to apply a return, please first contact our customer service and informed of the reason for returning. All items sent back to us must be complete in the original condition with all tags and labels: unused, not worn, altered or washed, etc. you can enjoy return service, over the period required we will not to return or exchange.
